AudioMoth - Autonomous Recording Units
To get the project off the ground quickly, we decided to invest in six AudioMoth Autonomous Recording Units, which can be purchased online at between 90-130€ each.
We’ve tested them extensively throughout February and March and they seem to work well and waterproofing using a simple zip-lock bag seems to be working a well.
The units have been outfitted with a set of rechargable batteries at 2000mAh capacity each and a 128GB SDHC card.
